Now that my blog site has a basic framework, I can begin.
I don’t have a guideline or objective on how often I’ll post, but I’m sure it’ll be more than once a month, could be twice, or weekly, possibly daily. It all depends on the day.
To manage my anxiety and depressive states, I try to focus on the day, vs the week, plan in the moment, not for tomorrow, and be aware of my body and its subtle nuances and signals issuing warnings of overloaded circuits.
So, in other words, as the spirit moves me, and my fingers, you’ll find posts added here and there.
